This house has been sitting in a folder for over a month because I didn't want to furnish it. Ah well, here it is now and I must say that it is a beautiful home.

There is a bonus room on the first floor. The master bedroom has an office attached to it and a balcony. The master bath is huge, you can even turn it into a spare bedroom and small bathroom if you are lacking space.

This is a requested lot and it was also requested to be compatible with TS2 Original only. There is a space for a garage to place your own driveway pieces. I hope you like my version. I noticed that there is one at MTS2 also.

The lot features a guest house with a small living, eating, and sleeping area. It also has a full bathroom in it.

This is one of the hottest restaurants in Sim City! Sims from every neighborhood flock to this fine establishment in hopes of getting a table...many are turned away.
I hope this business makes one of your sims very wealthy!
