This is a gorgeous little home. It has 1 bedroom, but there is room for expansion. I used some Maxis recolors, but for some reason they didn't package so the furniture is in ugly colors (I think so, anyway). Just use the recolor tool or redecorate to your hearts content.

This is another small house, but this one comes furnished. It includes a fireplace and a open floor plan. It's kind of hard to decorate, I think because the main doors are in the center...get creative!

Here's a very affordable starter for ya. I kind of remodeled the upstairs for the pictures, basically just made an actual bedroom for the sim. The actual house comes like the others with an open bedroom area.

Here is another starter home, perfect for the inner city. Features a small yard and parking in the "alley". This one will probably require a little bit of remodeling. There is not enough room on the second floor for a double bed, but making the bathroom one tile smaller works. You will have to put the sink outside...see pictures.

I have a condo/apartment building for you today. This lot features 2 separate residences, 2 carports, and both residences have a slightly different floor plan. It's fairly playable, but is really meant to give your neighborhood a more "city" look. Hope you like it!
