A simple community lot for doing not so much. I use it simply for meeting other sims.

This is the 1st house i ever built in my entire simming life, im very excited because I loved the way it turned out. I really hope you enjoy it as much as i do. This is just the 1st of many to come This is the 1st beach house for the Seafoam Island series. House cost is like 80,000 simoleans, i cant remember exact amount. House is furnished, i wanna thank some of the CC creators i recognized, Wallsims, WDS, TSR, all other CC i didnt mention, thx for creating such amazing stuff for our sims!

Well, as some of you know I got a new computer. I was going to put my old neighborhood in, but decided against it. As I was putting my new city together, I found a few things that I wanted to add or change. Here is one of the additions. It is a mirror to City Living XV. The house is bigger in that this one has 2 floors and a bigger layout. It also has some luxury features that the other one lacked. So if you have any sims living in City Living XV, slap this baby across the street and watch you sims whine over the new sims who get to live here. hehehe

This lot does not have a garage or parking space. You can add parking by deleting a portion of the yard, but with the new "walk to" feature, why would you?

Small, neighborhood grocer. Quaint little place, perfect for entrepreneur elders!

A working photo studio for some lucky sim to own. I really liked this lot. I had one of my sims take the family pictures for everyone in the community. There is a picture on the counter of one of them. hahaha...I'm such a dork, I know.

Targa's backdrop used to be where the gong is now. Had to remove it because it is not compatible with newer versions of the game. If you have H&M you can use one of the backdrops from there, otherwise just paint the wall.

The school is empty, but the library is fully functional. You can do the school yourself or turn it into something else. Originally, this lot was just supposed to fill space.
